DINING ROOM

In it you can enjoy good flavours from seasonal foods from our garden and our organic hens. We try that the products used to elaborate our dishes are of local and ecological producers. Some come from fair trade commerce.

You will be able to enjoy the pouts slow cooked in the firewood, where we elaborate some of our homemade dishes and desserts with love.

LIVING ROOM WITH FIREPLACE / LIVING ROOM WITH VIEWPOINT

These are rooms where you can leasurely talk near the fireplace, relax contemplating the fire, observe the Sierra del Cordel while sitting comfortably, enjoy reading a good book,  play a board game or just sit and do nothing.

EXTERIOR

There is an open portal where we stack the firewood,  store the tools and shelter from the sun, the wind, or the snow. It is a good place to relax while sitting and watching the sunset … listen, smell and feel the end of the day.

El Cobijo is located in a closed farm with a stone wall erected by the shepherds who previously worked these lands. Now our donkeys, chickens and all the animals – big and small – that want to enter graze here. We live surrounded by Nature.
